Camp Wagoner Lake Cabins

Invite the entire family to this camp. There is room for everyone. A spectacular spot for family or college reunions, friends trips, wedding guests, and more. Three separate cabins, each with their own amenities, sharing a 2 acre lakeside piece of paradise. “The Family Camp”, a 3 bedroom home with a wrap around deck for lounging and dining, “The Woodland”, a chalet style cabin with 2 big bedrooms, and and “The Boathouse”, another chalet cabin with 2 bedrooms; all beautifully appointed.
Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the liability waiver in the Additional Details to Note section of the description.
A penalty of $250 will be charged if smoking in the house is detected after a stay.
At check-out trash should be moved to outside bin. Recycling should be placed in blue pail.
Dirty dishes should be put into dishwasher, dishwasher detergent added (in glass jar under the sink) and the dishwasher should be started.
Towels can be left in bathtub/shower.
Remove any food scraps from BBQ grill grates to discourage critters from visiting.





Liability Waiver:
Guests understand that swimming, use of the swimming platform, hiking, fishing, ice-fishing, ice-skating, boating, use of kayaks and canoes, use of the fire-pit, and all recreational activities on the property are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from such activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers from such activities that may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person participating in such activities if a person has health risks, or if person participates in such activities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from these activities. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
