“Best place to stay in Glen Ellen”

“The hotel was charming and had a boutique, bed-and-breakfast feel. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delightful and delicious. The staff were friendly and always checked to see if our room needed refreshing. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner, and the shower could use some improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.”

“There was no trash can in the room. The bathroom reeked of bleach. The lot was full of clutter from people that had lived in the motel and moved out.”

“The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky. Had to pay extra for second log in fire place. Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning. Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...

“My husband and I hadn’t stayed at Hotel Yountville in years but we just enjoyed a 3 night stay for my birthday. The location is walkable to any shop or restaurant in town. Our room was lovely and spacious with French doors opening out to a small private courtyard. Also- The staff are great.! Super friendly and engaging from check in to the servers at the onsite restaurant, Heritage Oak. The breakfast is very good and the presentation is equally impressive. I cannot say enough great things...

“Beautiful tree-filled property, adjacent to a vineyard. Good location for sightseeing or wine tasting nearby and nice amenities, including a bottle of wine in our room at check in, and bottled water each day. Free coffee and pastries for breakfast. Coffee was great but pastries, although fresh and delicious, were a bit small. We didn’t want to take more, to save some for the other guests. Outside stairs to get to our room were a bit crooked, but there were handrails, so we were okay. These...

“Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.”
