“The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. “Loved the heated pool and hot tub! The rooms were quiet and easy to control the temperature. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. Only issue we had was that we had to ask for pool towels which they immediately supplied. We have visited here twice in the last month.”
