Sehr sauber und toller Service. Unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk war besser schallisoliert als die meisten Unterkünfte. Man hört die Zimmernachbarn zwar, aber nur gedämpft.
Der Saunabereich ist überschaubar, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls überschaubar, aber dafür sehr lecker, frisch und es wird sehr schnell nachgefüllt.
Besonders empfehlenswert fanden wir das dortige Restaurant. Die Portionen waren sehr groß und die Preise fair. Das Essen allgemein...

“Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Chefin überaus herzlich empfangen.
Auch das übrige Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, was man auch von dem wunderschönen großen Naturteich sagen kann.
Beim Frühstück hat es auch an Nichts gefehlt, es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.”

Was seated as the only person in one room. Multiple requests for a seating change without result. I actually believe the waitress gave a f*. Went to talk to receptionist, e voila, got a decent table. Somebody also put an extra drink from the bar on my room number. Ok. ”

“Es war ein sehr sauberes und neues Zimmer. Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtete und super für Allergiker. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr hochwertig und das Personal war super freundlich. Die Lage war traumhaft, sowohl zum wandern als auch zum Ski fahren, da der Gletscher ganz in der Nähe ist. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.”

“Great stay. Spa is modernized, rooms seem a bit dated. Dinner and breakfast were very good the afternoon snack can be skipped for the most part, especially since space on the terrace is very limited. Bus to go skiing leaves directly out front. ”

It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful.
It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded. My room was lovely, with a view of the Ziller Valley. The way the hotel is designed is really clever, linking up...

“The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity.
Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance.
I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.”
