“When i got into the room I has dirty towels and there was dried blood on the pillowcase and the sheet the blanket was also very dirty and it smelled like poop. The outside was very dirty as will. When I went down to tell them I had to wait another 30 minutes 8her and the maid came in she took the blanket and towels never bring anything back I had to us my towel I had and some sheets I had. All she was worried bout was me giving her a good review”
