Chalet su 250 acri, privato, 1 Mi da Chautauqua Institution / Lake

Questo chalet è stato costruito nel 2011. È di proprietà e gestito da un residente di zona e un costruttore di case personalizzato da oltre 20 anni.

Al piano inferiore troverete un soggiorno con camino a gas / legna, una TV Internet HD da 55 pollici e un sistema audio surround con DVR. La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo che può ospitare 8-12 persone e la cucina è moderna e completamente fornita. Ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inossidabile (microonde, frigorifero / congelatore con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno / piano cottura, lavastoviglie e smaltimento). Ci sono anche due camere da letto (1 matrimoniale / 2 letti singoli), un bagno completo, una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Pavimenti in parquet.

È una vista assolutamente meravigliosa sulla campagna quando guardi fuori dal muro a due piani di finestre dal soggiorno / sala da pranzo.

La seconda storia dello chalet presenta due camere da letto aggiuntive (1 Queen / 2 Singles) e un altro bagno full size - questo con vasca idromassaggio.

Il ponte anteriore della casa è un enorme ponte a due livelli con una griglia a gas integrata. Tanto spazio per mangiare all'aperto e per rilassarsi e godersi le splendide viste.

Comunicazioni: ti copriamo, con TV satellitare e DVR in salotto e due delle camere da letto. Internet wireless a banda larga è anche fornito.

Questa è un'ottima casa per famiglie. Un enorme prato davanti offre molto spazio per i bambini / giochi.

Il vialetto di accesso alla casa è lungo mezzo miglio dalla strada. Vi è abbondanza di spazio per il parcheggio fuori strada - per camper, rimorchi e motoslitte.

La Chautauqua Institution, famosa in tutto il mondo, dista solo 1,6 km. Anche il varo delle barche a Prendergast si trova a circa 1,5 km di distanza.

Siamo in posizione centrale tra Peek n Peak e Holiday Valley. Entrambe sono ottime stazioni sciistiche. La casa è anche molto vicino ai sentieri per motoslitte sul lago Chautauqua.

Isolated But in a Good Way

Wonderful peaceful getaway

Amazing place to stay! Had a family getaway weekend and it was just beautiful. Right from the star with driving down the long secluded driveway to come up on the chalet with all the windows and the big front yard was just breath taking. The fireplace was a great asset and very convenient with both both gas and wood. The openness of the inside was great since we had all ages of us and it allowed us to all be together yet doing different things if needed. The porch and fire out outside were nice at night. Comfortable and clean. Will be back!

Fishing Trip

Beautiful secluded home…everything in the description was accurate. Comfortable beds, i have a bad back and it’s hard to find a bed away from home that does not hurt my back and this place was comfortable.

Secluded Chalet in the Woods

This property was a great spot for us to meet with family to reconnect and enjoy each other's company in beautiful surroundings. We also appreciated the closeness to the lake, restaurants, and other activities. Lake Chautauqua is a beautiful area to visit.

While at Chautauqua Institute

This is an unusual property in a beautiful setting-the home is spacious and well appointed. The grounds are gorgeous and home to many deer and groundhogs who entertained us every day. Our host responded to us within 20 minutes of our request. We were two couples with plenty of space and privacy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing stay at The Chalet

Had a few hiccups at the beginning of my stay, but I reached out to Chris and he promptly got the issues resolved. Everyone in Chautauqua is very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful. The weather was also beautiful. Enjoyed the peaceful nature of the property and all the critters: deer, ground hogs, rabbits, birds and bats (at dusk). Enjoyed the fire pit too! Be prepared to use cell phone as a hotspot for internet access. Verizon worked well.

Lovely, exceedingly comfortable home with extraordinary gardens and exquisite views fit for royalty. The wifi doesn’t work however and no help from mgmt in this regard. Though perhaps it was the non-connectivity that allowed for the best sleeps ever, the most harmonious family chats by the fireplace, and a spring to our step coupled with a precious calm in our spirit ~

Such a beautiful property! The house is open and spacious. They have everything you could possibly need, which is super awesome. My fave thing was waking up early and sipping coffee on the porch or out in the lawn chairs. So much nature, beautiful sounds, and little critters to watch 💚

Beautiful and clean getaway

The perfect place for kids to explore and parents to relax! Very close to midway park and the lake. It was also nice to just stay at the house and enjoy what it has to offer.

Excellent property!

We had an excellent stay! The check in process was easy, the house was clean, plenty of towels and the pillows were great too! It might seem like that isn’t something to mention but we’ve stayed at many places where the pillows were flat and uncomfortable so definitely worth mentioning here! We did have some critters get into the garbage so had to block the door for the garbage bin with some firewood which did the trick. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Nice place out in the wilderness

Place is very nice, especially if the weather is good to enjoy the yard and deck. Internet didn't work, but was due to a big storm that rolled through. Would definitely go back and stay again.
