Both treadmills in the workout room were broken and around 7:00 am workers directly outside our window were hammering and banging on the building ripping off siding. I understand the need for remodeling but don’t put guests near the remodeling or don’t remodel when guests are trying to sleep. Breakfast was average at best. “Good Location and the new tower is beautiful. The rest of the hotel needs updating especially the pool area, but from what we read and information in the room that is all in process. Check in was nothing to write about, the staff took our name, our payment and gave us the key. That was about that. “This is a cute place to stay if you’re only planning on being there for a few days, there is not much around the area and it’s more of a small stop you make if you have to rather than a longer stay. It was super clean and at first the staff were great at communicating, later we tried contacting the staff to checkout early or to ask for other amenities and were left for days without a response, so very disappointed with their “24/7 available communication,” because it didn’t seem like they were...

“The beds were very very comfortable. The one and only staff member that I dealt with was very nice and hospitable. The room had a funky stale smell to it and when we turned on air conditioning that also had an odor so we sprayed some perfume and it made it a little better. Cooled the room well. The room appearance was very neat and clean but went to use the coffee maker, and there was dirt and scaly white residue in the top where you put the water in like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time....
