Magnificent renovated farmhouse of 160m2 in the heart of the Ardèche mountains, in Saint Cirgues en Montagne: your stay in all seasons!<br>Close to the ski resorts of the Ardèche plateau, Lake Issarlès, Mont Gerbier des Joncs.<br>You can ski, hike, mountain bike or even cocoon, and discover another, more secret side of the Ardèche.<br><br>This group cottage is designed to accommodate up to 15 people:<br>- 4 bedrooms with 2, 3 or 4 beds, a BZ in an alcove on the mezzanine, a sofa bed in the living room.<br>- 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets.<br>- A large living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a central island and its high stools, a large and very cocooning lounge area composed of 2 sofas, a large flat screen and a beautiful period wood fireplace bringing warmth and conviviality.<br>- Another large room for group meals with a farmhouse table, a round table, a sitting area with a sofa bed, another flat screen, a decorative glass roof housing an old fireplace and a period bread oven.<br>- A beautiful private outdoor area with a large terrace and its garden furniture and parasol, an unfenced grassy garden, a permanent barbecue.<br>- A secure garage to put your bikes or motorcycles in shelter.<br>Free WIFI.<br><br>Mandatory cleaning fee, to be paid extra on arrival: 150€.<br>Optional if you wish, to be paid on arrival: sheets and towels provided: 10€/p.
