Beachfront Condo with Magnificent views

The property is located at the heart of Mazatlan, Mexico. If you have not visited, this is an incredible town that still holds its original feel/vibe of a fisherman's village, and hasn't been transformed into a "tourist trap". Our property is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment on the 21st floor of the recently built Courtyard Marriott hotel, while all the building safety regulations were followed, this property is not affiliated to the hotel. It has a private separate entrance and elevators as well as a separate parking structure.
As soon as you walk into the apartment you're going to be mesmerized by the gorgeous ocean view, practically from any place of the apartment you will get to enjoy unobstructed view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and Island "Venados" which happens to be about a mile and a half away. The kitchen is quite spacious and fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom a queen size bed. There is a nice dining table and a comfortable living room. The apartment is around 1,500 SQFT and has a nice balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, spas, and many other attractions. This is a beachfront property so you are an elevator click away from the best beach in town. The property has a small gym and an amazing infinity pool on the 26th floor (rooftop). There is a washer/dryer unit in the apartment.

This place had everything. Magnigicent views, very spacious , washer/dryer. Very comfortable beds. Checkin was so easy as was checkout. Our host was very responsive to all our inquiries.Fantastic location! Highly recommend this beauty!

We stayed here for four weeks. The condo has magnificent views from the 15th floor and is located right in the heart of the Golden Zone. This area offers many restaurants, entertainment options, and a beautiful long stretch of beach, all within easy walking distance.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the balcony. We enjoyed having morning coffee there and also watching the sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings—the views are truly beautiful.Our stay started with a few maintenance issues. The first weekend the AC needed repair, and the second weekend the hot water system had to be replaced with a new water heater. The owner addressed these issues, though it did require us to be present for a full day while a plumber and electrician completed the installation. We had discussed the possibility of an adjustment for the inconvenience, but never received a follow-up.The condo itself was comfortable for a longer stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable—so much so that we are actually trying to find the same mattress and pillows to purchase for our own home. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic necessities to cook meals, although the knives were very dull and could use sharpening or replacement.The rooftop pool was a bit of a disappointment. There was no shade or umbrellas, and the lounge chairs were locked away in a storage area so we had to find a maintenance person to access them. The pool itself is fairly small and shallow, so the water stayed quite w

Excellent stay!

We just finished two weeks at this beautiful condo. Very well equipped with new furnishings. The place is very clean and secure as they have 24 hour doormen. Bianca, the manager of our unit was very helpful and promptly responded when we had questions. We were there during carnival so music from the beach could be heard even on the 21st floor but other than that things were great. The views are amazing and close to shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend this unit Mazatlan beach condo.

Clean, nicely furnished, great beach front location. Very responsive, friendly owners. Safe location with friendly 24/7 security. Close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, laundry facility, pharmacy. Many open air taxi's available out front.
