From here, it’s very easy to reach key spots in the city: you’re just minutes from the boardwalk and beaches, and you’re also close to shopping centers, hospitals, and supermarkets.

For those who enjoy sports or events, the Teodoro Mariscal Stadium, home of the Mazatlán Venados, is very close by.

By car: This is the most practical option; the streets are wide, and you can quickly reach the main avenues.
