100% smoke-free property in indoor areas.
Family-oriented residential complex: loud parties and high-volume music are not allowed in common areas outside permitted hours.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in common areas.

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in (Arrival): From 3:00 PM (Mazatlán local time).
Check-out (Departure): By 11:00 AM at the latest (Mazatlán local time).
(We kindly ask you to respect these times to ensure the thorough preparation of a unit of this size).

Quiet Hours:
From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the rest of the residential community.
NOTE: Any fine imposed by the Península condominium management due to rule violations by the guest group will be fully charged and billed through the platform.

Pet Policy:
Due to internal regulations and strict condominium policies by the Península management, pets are not allowed to enter or stay in the building or units.

IMPORTANT ELECTRICITY POLICY:

Electricity service in the condominium operates on a prepaid basis and is the guest's responsibility.
Estimated Average Consumption:
During the hot season, the estimated average for an apartment of this size is $500 to $600 MXN per day. However, the final amount will depend 100% on the responsible use of the air conditioning during your stay.
Courtesy Support: We've got your back! As an exclusive benefit of your reservation, we gift you $600 MXN.
How is the remaining balance paid?
For your convenience, you have two simple options:
At the Administration: Directly upon arrival at the condominium offices using a credit or debit card.
Via Host: You can make the payment to us via bank transfer; we will immediately credit it to the system and provide you with the official transaction receipt.

CLEANING & LINEN POLICY:
We want you to find your home away from home in perfect condition, which is why we maintain the following policy:
What does your standard rate include?: The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers exclusively the sanitization and preparation of the apartment prior to your arrival and deep cleaning after your departure.
Optional Mid-Stay Services: If during your stay you require additional cleaning services, laundry, or a change of linens (sheets and towels), these can be happily scheduled at an additional cost.

PARKING POLICY:
To guarantee the safety of you and your vehicle, the complex has strict access controls:
Your Included Space:
The development features covered parking, and this apartment has 1 exclusive parking space assigned at no additional cost.
Traveling with more than one vehicle?:
If you bring additional vehicles, you have two options:
Free Option: You can park on the median strip located right in front of the security guard booth (outside, before entering the property).
Additional Indoor Space: You can request an extra space inside the complex's covered parking, subject to availability, at a cost of $300 MXN per day.

Important Note: Please notify us if you are traveling with more than one car to coordinate security registration upon arrival and avoid any issues with the security staff.
