The Space:
A large, carefully planned space with contemporary furnishings and finishes, perfect for telecommuting. The apartment is fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It has:

-1 spacious and bright bedroom with closet, Smart Tv and air conditioning.
-1 full bathroom with towels and hot water.
-Fully equipped kitchen to cook all your food and snacks.
-Coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee.

-Basic cleaning tools.

In addition, you will have access to the common laundry area, where you can wash your clothes with an additional cost of $160 MXN per load (includes supplies).

Guest Access:
For security reasons, when you arrive at Ambar II Condominium, you must show an ID and indicate the address you are going to at the booth.

The check in is at the front desk and there we will give you the keys to the apartment. We will also provide you with a bracelet, which you will have to wear during your stay.

Please note that the reception hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

If you plan to arrive after 5:00 pm, we kindly ask you to share with us your approximate time of arrival. We will meet you at the entrance of the property to give you the keys and welcome you as you deserve :)

We have 1 parking space reserved for you.

The condominium where the property is located is safe and totally private. It has 24hrs security. For your comfort we have an elevator.

Getting Around:
The drive from the Mazatlan International Airport to the property is approximately 30 minutes.

We recommend you arrive at the property by car. We suggest:
→Take a cab at the airport
→Use mobility apps
→Rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Additional services:
-Cleaning fee: $450 MXN
-Laundry: $160 MXN per load (guest performs the service on their own).

Good news! The property has a barbecue and its respective utensils. If you wish to use it, please reserve it in advance.
