The Space:

A modern one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo for up to 4 guests, with warm wood finishes and large windows that frame the ocean, the city and the hills.



· Bedroom: king bed with nightstands, a bistro table for two, a large built-in closet and air conditioning.

· Living room: full-size sofa bed, wall-mounted TV with wood paneling, air conditioning and a floor-to-ceiling window with views.

· Kitchen: open plan with a granite breakfast bar and two stools, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and all the cookware and utensils you need.

· Bathroom: vessel sink, marble-look walls and a walk-in glass shower.

· Private balcony with glass railing and views of the ocean, the city and the hills.

· In-unit washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi throughout.



Guest Access:

The entire condo and its private balcony are yours during your stay, along with one parking space in the building's covered parking. The building offers direct beach access, elevators and shared amenities with other residents and guests: two infinity pools with sun loungers and umbrellas (open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.) and a bar area. Beach palapas can be rented on the sand from the local beach vendor.



The Neighborhood:

The tower sits right on the beach in Playa Brujas, in the Cerritos area on Mazatlán's north side: a residential stretch of coast with a more relaxed pace than the busier Golden Zone, ideal for long walks on the sand and sunsets over the Pacific.

· Mazatlán International Airport: 40 minutes by car



Getting Around:

Having a car is the easiest way to explore Mazatlán from Cerritos, and the condo includes one parking space. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are also available. Mazatlán International Airport is about 40 minutes away by car.

HOUSE RULES: All cancelations from VRBO are subject to a 5% fee due to transaction fees. · Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m. · Maximum 4 guests. · Children and infants are welcome. · No pets. · No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outdoor areas, without disturbing others. · No parties or events in the condo. · Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. · Visitors are allowed with prior notice (maximum 4) and must be registered with the building. · All guests must complete the building's registration form before arrival. · Pool hours: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. No glass bottles, proper swimwear required and no eating in the pool. · No food in the bedroom and no shoes on the sofas. · Please report any damage or incident right away. · Be respectful of neighbors and everyone in the building.
