This brand new condo is on the ground level, with a walk-out covered terrace which overlooks the pool and common areas. ​The condo was professionally decorated and is very well equipped. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, closet and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has bunk-beds with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed up top, as well as a large closet. The second bathroom also has a shower, and doubles as the guest bathroom.

​The kitchen is complete with large and small appliances, pots and pans, dishes, etc. There is also a full-size stacked washer and dryer in the service area, off of the kitchen.

The living room looks-out onto the private covered terrace, and lets in a lot of natural light. The sofa is also a queen-size sleeper sofa.

​Internet is provided, as well as A/C in all of the rooms. This condo will also accept small dogs, with payment of a pet-fee to cover the additional cleaning needed.

It is about an 8 minute walk to the main road, where you can catch a city bus to take you into town, and cabs and Uber are also readily available. If you drive down, there is one parking spot included as well.
