“Clean room (if a little dated) but the little courtyard was lovely to sit out and have a coffee. £15 per day to park or free on the street outside. Sensible level of breakfast - just enough.”

“The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand. ”

“Great experience. The building is quaint, cozy, with a unique design and interior decoration. Beautiful dining area and bar. The room (ground floor), was spacious and with a lovely art deco interior. Very nice shower with good water pressure, nice choice of shower gels and other amenities. “Great atmospheres! Staff always very helpful, kind and smiling. The position is very comfortable: every interesting corner of York is few minutes walk from there. I felt like home. Extremely happy of the choice. ”

“The room was meant to be soundproof but could hear next door for starters, then we seen it wasn’t a king size bed but two single beds put together which wasn’t very comfortable to say the least. Also two of the rooms I’d say are used for permanent residence. Then passing pedestrians through the night was noisy was irritating to say the least. We couldn’t work the heating system for the room. ”

L'hotel ricavato presumo da una farm house di qualche secolo fa è accogliente e in ottime condizioni di conservazione, ben manutentato e efficiente. Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile.
