“This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was absolutely filthy from the moment I walked in. There were bugs in the room, making it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. The bed and bedding had visible stains that made it obvious they had not been properly cleaned or changed. The bathroom was disgusting, the floors were dirty, and the entire room looked like it had been neglected for a long time. It felt unsanitary and completely unacceptable. The overall condition...

“I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There were no lights in the parking lot. It was dark and sketchy, and some of the hallways also lacked lighting—clearly, security did not appear to be a priority. Upon entering the rooms, we could immediately see stains on the floors and bedding of several beds. As a result, we began contacting nearby hotels right away, but unfortunately, all were fully booked for the weekend, so we ended up purchasing new bedding at Walmart. The bathroom, it's just as bad--looked like...

“The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though.”
