“My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a fan, hot water and even a balcony. The restaurant upstairs was fantastic helping me navigate their menu with food allergies. The rooftop views and coffee makes my soul happy. The staff were attentive and ensured all my needs were met. When the city power went out they had a generator ready to go. “Absolutely the best stay in Mbale would go bck every time!”

“No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment.”
