On chilly winter nights or after a day of adventure, relax in the hot tub and let your cares melt away.

For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen is a dream, offering ample space to prepare delicious meals for loved ones. The beauty of this retreat is truly unmatched—whether it's the quiet, serene atmosphere or the stunning views that surround you.

In winter, the area transforms into a snowy wonderland, where you can enjoy walking, snowshoeing, skiing, or snowmobiling while marveling at the delicate snow puffs and sparkling icicles. When summer arrives, the options are endless—whether you're walking, golfing, kayaking, hiking, dirt biking, or riding side-by-side, the vibrant blue skies and sparkling waters provide the perfect backdrop. You can even explore the tranquil rivers or thrill-seeking rapids and capture beautiful wildflowers along the way. Afterward, take a break by the river, soak your feet in the cool water, or enjoy the trails at Ponderosa Park or Bear Basin.

Things to Note:

NO A/C at this property.

This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Cameras face the front door and the back yard.

Guests must provide their own firewood for the wood-burning stove.

There is no garage access, so parking is in the driveway in tandem for 2 cars. There is additional parking across from the unit for 1 extra vehicle.

No smoking. No parties. No events. No fireworks. No pets allowed.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Birdie Glen Parking
The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit. (2 cars parked in tandem)
The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.

DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills. For this property, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
