Welcome to the Sunny Chalet! A short distance from the stunning Payette Lake and downtown, this mountain-modern hillside home is the perfect place for a wanderlust getaway. Newly renovated and beautifully designed, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides both luxury and comfort while surrounded by the natural beauty of McCall.
Extra features include back deck oasis complete with hot tub, gas grill, seating and string lights.

Enjoy a full kitchen, high-speed internet, and relaxing outdoor dining with valley, mountain, and peek-a-boo views of the Payette River.
The Sunny Chalet sleeps 8 adults comfortably, beds for 10 for families with children.
Extra space and beds to help accommodate families: Queen Murphy bed in family room and kids space in master bedroom with twin and twin trundle.

Tour of house:
You are welcomed into the entry way where there is a place to leave your shoes and hooks for your jackets. A washer and drier is in the closet to your right. The 1st floor inviting and airy bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet. The barn door bathroom has a shower, bath tub, and sleek vanity. The family room, kitchen, dining area is open concept. The kitchen is equipped for cooking a delicious meal. Murphy queen bed is located in the family room. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and master bath. The master bedroom is a large room including a king size bed with new mattress, desk, and large mirrors. The master also has a children's area with a twin and twin trundle, toys, and a TV behind a half wall in the master bedroom's closet (no door to this space). The other upstairs bedroom is an inviting queen bed with a cute desk space and closet.

This neighborhood is quiet and beautiful!
Go for a stroll and take a look at all of the beautiful McCall scenery and cabins.

There are 6 available parking spots in the driveway.
There is no street parking allowed.
McCall transit redline (free public transportation) has a pick up and drop off spot 7 day a week in the neighborhood, with pick up and drop off approximately every hour.
It is a flag stop system where you can board the bus anywhere along the route that is safe for the bus to pull over, just by waving at the driver.

Check in is anytime after 4PM

Self check-in with smart locks- only active during your stay

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS whatsoever. We have a ring security camera onsite and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation wit NO refund.

This is a NO shoe house. Kindly take all shoes off at entry.

Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. A fee will be assessed to have a plumber come out and make repairs.

DO NOT PLACE ITEMS IN FRONT OF ANY OF THE HEATERS AS THIS WILL CAUSE THE HEATER TO OVERHEAT AND CEASE TO OPERATE AND ALSO WILL PRESENT A FIRE HAZARD!

Do not feed wildlife

NO SMOKING IN THE CHALET AT ALL
NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing packages to this home
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance, and we do not want complaints! Violations of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING.
Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb
**Stolen towels: $15 per towel, no matter the size
**Smoking in the home: $250
**Late Checkout past 10AM without our consent: $125
**Excessive guests than reservation: $50 per guest
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $150 in addition to normal cleaning fee
**Damage to the hot tub: Assessed by repair bill
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
