“The room was clean, the staff is pleasant my only real issue was the refrigerator, the cable box and TV were not plugged in for some reason and it was a pain to get them plugged in. Also the sink drains super slow. The shower has done really hot water. It was nice ”

“The morning staff was amazing and helpful so was the night auditor. ”

“In our room where the towels where at the towel rack was very rusty and stuff was comming off the rack and it would go on the toilet. I think they very unsanitary because the towels that people use as a guest that are on that rack can get some sort of infraction or bacteria from that. That’s was something very concerning to me at my stay. I might not stay here again.”

“Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Floors were trashed. Horrible smell inside the room.”

“First(Form), filling out certain information again when I already filled out the form online. It does not make sense to me. Second(Room), we arrived around 3:20 pm and you can tell that the room is newly mopped or cleaned because the floor is still wet and my concern is what if my kid is very hyperactive he/she might slip or fall and injured themselves badly.
