Hotel vicino a McChord Clinic - Tacoma

“The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case.”

“Room was clean. Pool area with some broken down/breaking tables. Overhead light didn’t work in bathroom; overall just some simple upkeep areas that would make impact.”

“For the price I paid the room was fine! The property manager is friendly and helpful! It was a very basic room.”

“I couldn't stay in this place because I didn't have cash. In their description they do not specify that the refundable deposit must be with cash and I drove 3 hours with my baby to lose my money in this place. 0 recommended. They didn't refund my money although the fault is theirs for not having availability to receive card payments. And it's good that I didn't stay with my baby in this horrible place. “For the price and location I’m not complaining. It’s close to the highway, downtown Puyallup, and fairgrounds.”

Literally would never stay there again, only had to because of my unique situation, thank goodness it was only two days. Also staff was awful, unhelpful, stared at you, and made things do uncomfortable. -1/10”

“The staff located the wrong order for our stay and kept calling us the wrong name. She can not location our payment neither. Expedia agent has reaching out them but no one answer the phone. I have tried to connect with the front desk as well, nobody answer the phone.”
