“Staff was helpful, room was clean upon appearance, but my mom and I were both bit by bedbugs on 3/29/26. We stayed in room 408 and didn’t notice bites until we had checked out and left. Unfortunate this is the first time this has ever happened to us, and we have been staying at this property for over 25 years, even before it was a casino. ”
