“I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night.”

“The room information book in the room said that breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays was served until 10 am. Surprisingly found out it was until 9:00 am. No instructions at reception. Ice bucket with no liners. Overall, needs a new coat of paint and new carpets. Swimming pool abandoned.”

“I loved the ease of finding and the host was very through! But, due to my close vision condition, I did not see all the little notes & things. I was not there most of the two days! The bathroom & kitchen were well equiped & spotless. The setup is great, but lots of stairs. When I first saw Whole House, thought it included the street level door. I have mobility issues so thought I could walk right in. Nope, it is only the upstairs. It is located conveniently near cafes, bakeries etc, but not...
