Mom spoke little English daughter not at all breakfast was awful both days of stay could tell not fresh precooked and reheated. The women were very rude and did not care if you were satisfied or not. “The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and overall a good stay! We didn’t arrive until after 9pm, our son was having surgery the next morning early at UK and we got checked in quickly! ”

“The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by.”

“Great stay overall. The room was very clean and having a full personal kitchen with a dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, microwave and everything needed was a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly and even offered complimentary water at check-in. Parking was great, breakfast was good and there were no issues with noise, unusual smells or bugs. The bed was a little stiff for my preference, but that is just me being picky. I would definitely stay here again and will look for this property...
