“Hotel was great! Parking garage right across the street was nice. The valet parking was a mess. I couldn't pull under the canopy in front because there were cars parked everywhere. And then at about 2 in the morning there was a couple cars outside revving their engines. Not a good night of sleep.”

“The room was clean and the staff was pretty helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and razor and they had extras for me. There was a problem with our toilet running, and I had to constantly pick up the lid on the back and push down the flopper. I didn’t really eat much of the breakfast buffet or at the bar or restaurant but I did go for a glass of iced tea and I had to wait 20 minutes and then the iced tea came out like white like it was just water, but other than that it was a good stay.”

“The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. Hotel was falsely advertised as being fully renovated but we were not able to enjoy the amenities as advertised. Our room had drenched carpet due to a faulty ac unit. Mold was growing on furniture. Hot tub was out of order. We got moved to a new room and that room was better. Still some mold around the AC unit and the TV had issues. I would not advertise the hotel as being fully renovated when this is what's to be expected. When we went to...

“I’ve never stayed at this hotel before but after staying here once I’ll definitely stay again. The staff was super friendly and willing to help. They do a dinner at night which is amazing and it’s really good. Also, they serve fountain pop and alcohol with it also, so that was a big plus super impressed.
My room was amazing and another way that you can tell that you’ve picked a really good place is when you have your bath towels and they smell clean that’s a big plus.”

“We arrived late after a long day on the road and given a room at first with a missing fridge, the main light wasn't working and no one had turned the air conditioner on so the room was a furnace.
Staff at the desk was lovely though and moved us to another room. Could tell that end of the hall was going through some maintenance.
Beds were comfy though and got good sleep and breakfast was great.”
