“Do NOT stay at this property. The hotel, bar and room were beautiful. However a maid tried to enter our room at 9:00 (checkout was 11) woke us up. Manager said we didn’t have our do not disturb on. After checking out, I realized I had left my jacket hanging in the room. I contacted the front desk and called four separate times. Each time, I was told the housekeeper was unavailable and that I should call back in 30 minutes.
