“Check in took forever and was a joke, the lady at the front desk could have used help with everyone checking in on Memorial weekend. Exterior Door number 3 doesn’t lock all the time and the key cards don’t work well. Not to worry though folks, we just got new cards without verifying that we were staying in those rooms! No questions asked on 3 different occasions, all different people working. No one asked for ID or even if our names matched the room… They didn’t care when this was brought up....
