“The overall experience was exhausting! After spending the day at the water park, our shower was inoperable and unable to use. We had to pack our belongings and relocate! We had dinner reservations planned at a specific time for our anniversary and relocating was the pits. Not what we expected to encounter while vacationing.”

“Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location of this home within Massanutten is also convenient. But the listing photos are either old, digitally enhanced, or both. The property is in desperate need of a thorough deep clean, to say the least. We were really disappointed to arrive and find that the property wasn’t nearly what was depicted in the photos, and definitely upset to have paid the rate that we did to stay here. Photos in this review are from our stay in June...
