“The front desk was so nice and the room was clean and perfect for what I needed. The parking lot was extremely well lit if you are getting in late. Will for sure consider staying here again.”

“Although the front desk staff was nice and helpful, unfortunately the hotel itself was not sanitary. Upon entering the hotel room there was a foul smell, stains on the comforter, a bug in the bathroom, and the toilet paper roll was soiled and yellow (look like it had been fully saturated with liquid and then dried out) and half used. Upon expressing my complaints that manager was very apologetic and offered another room. I had already seen enough to understand that the hotel was not sanitary,...

“This is a real no-frills hotel. Staff isn't fluent in English and the entire facility is really dated. Rooms are sparse and more suited to migrant workers instead of travelers. The breakfast consisted of bagels and white bread and a selection of three dry cereals. The parking lot was strewed with building materials and yellow crime scene tape. I'm not sure where the photos were taken, but they don't reflect the current facility. This is a noisy location.”

“The room was not like advertised. It was older, not as “fresh” as the pictures. There was no tv for the remote. I was going to call the front desk to let them know but when I picked up the phone, it wasn’t even plugged in to anything. A few of the outlets didn’t work. The sink was slow draining. The front of the fridge was dirty. But the room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. ”
