“Everything but the stairs was toddler friendly which we knew ahead of time. It was great to have a crib already set up. It didn’t feel like the most secure neighborhood & as other reviews mentioned there was in fact extremely loud music being played next door (obviously not the hosts fault). I would plan to bring a sound machine or play white noise on your phone. ”

“This was such a cute, convenient, surprisingly cheap homey house! What you see is what you get. It was surprisingly roomy, for being a small studio-esk place. The location was away from craziness, but conveniently close to many things (Magnolia or not). Next to it is another VRBO, almost sharing a driveway, so just be aware if you’re not really a people person, in case you have close neighbors.
