Beautiful, clean, modern beachfront property on Sanibel Island. We stayed in Room 108 (2 queens + full kitchen) and loved the large screened patio, comfortable beds, heated pool with ocean views, and easy beach access with amazing shelling.
Free washer/dryer access was a nice bonus (bring your own detergent). Wristband keys were also a great touch.
Parking can be tight, and there are stairs to access the office/rooms (small elevator available). No daily housekeeping — you exchange towels at...

“My room was very clean, and the proprietor offered to have it cleaned again multiple times through my stay if I wanted/needed. Everyone was very kind: I was allowed an early check-in, and after getting stuck due to a flight cancellation, I was able to keep my same room another night. Easy, friendly communication. I'm a female traveler that often travels on my own, and I felt very safe here and cared for =) Short Uber trips to things around the area, so easy to get around, too!”
