I did not get to stay in the room I paid for. Front desk said the room was unavailable due to a broken bed. So instead of the suite I paid for with a full kitchen, I stayed in a room with two queen beds. I was offered no refund or rate change for the lack of room availability. Just “oh well”. When ...

2 of 3 staff were cheery and helpful. Property is old, dirty and needs major updates. Bed was clean. All else not so much from carpet to walls to bathroom.

This is the best motel to stay in Vidalia Georgia. It's always clean, breakfast is always great, staff is always professional and helpful and it's a IHG property. It's the only place I stay when I go there.
