“Breakfast was excellent every day. The beds were comfortable. Promised boat rides were cancelled or delayed. Had to wash coffee cup in my room to use it. Porch was full of spiders & webs. The floor above my room (hallway & guest room) creaked so loudly when walked on, there was no sleeping until after everyone quieted down for the night. “Rooms were clean, Private bath. Shared kitchen and living room which made for great company and the meeting of new friends. Met one couple at 7pm and chatted until after midnight. Not much in area for restaurants but you have use of the kitchen to reheat, cook or store food. Beautiful river on one side and the train line on the other. Ear plugs provided if you don't like the sounds of trains or you can watch the 103 cars go by. An interesting find with easy access after property provided...

“Pro tip: don't try to find this place in the dark! We were lucky to find someone who could point out the street to us. Little to no GPS or cell service in the area so download your directions and room info ahead of time. Inn was lovely. Beautifully restored and maintained. Breakfast was self-serve and adequate.
