“Our weekend getaway at The Lodges Sunset Village was excellent. Loved the quaint atmosphere and cozy cabin. It was a great size for 3. Close shops and eateries near by. Staff was accommodating and prompt. The only suggestion I would give is that when providing the cabin number/addresses to the lake side properties to use cabin5 address for all rooms. “Private yet minutes to McHenry and Deep Creek Lake State Park. Plenty of space for relaxing and cooking. Only entrance to living area is from the upper deck. Game room is separate entrance on lower level. Deck is a bonus! Great for eating outside or star-gazing in the evenings.”

“I took my kids snowboarding to wisp and stayed here. I've done this a bunch and stayed a lot of different houses in the deep Creek area, and I can say that this is definitely the best one we've stayed at. It's only about 10 minutes from wisp. It was immaculate when we came inside, and it literally had everything you needed. I forgot my toothbrush and they even had new toothbrushes in the bathroom. “We enjoyed our stay at Wisp Resort. We went for the fireworks which were awesome. They had free concerts 2 nights we were there which we really enjoyed.”

“I spoke to the front desk stating there was mold on our window sill and to please remove it. 3 times I asked them and it was not completed. We also noticed on Sunday our sheets were ripped. I didn’t mention this as we were leaving the following day. This morning I spoke to the front desk regarding the mold and he said I need to request a refund from you. Please advise.”

“It was a quick overnight and back on the road for us on a cross country road trip. Beautiful historical home with a cute neighborhood. We took a walk with our morning coffee and learned about some local history. The house was well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable ”
