“1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The property is severely understaffed, and it's obvious the employees are being asked to do far too much. One young woman appeared to be running the entire front desk by herself—checking guests in, answering questions, handling complaints, and taking care of numerous other responsibilities. She was doing her best, but no one should be expected to manage all of that alone. The lack of staffing reflects poor...

“Very dirty. There wasn’t any toilet paper or Kleenex. Walls were dirty and the floors were sticky.”

“Floors were dirty, TV did not work, no hand soap in the room, had to ask for extra wash rags and towels, trash was laying in the walkway to get to the room that had not been picked up, breakfast was very basic that you had to get the milk and very limited juice out of the fridge that was sitting next to the employees lunch for the day, about the same thickness between the sheet and the comforter(that was probably bought in the 80's when the motel was built). “Conveniently located to all amenities and highway. Very clean property inside and out. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only draw back was no daily housekeeping & I had to ask for towels.”
