Great for families, group of adults, and couples. Spacious house centrally located in beautiful Humboldt County between Arcata and Trinidad, this is a newly remodeled and fully-furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. You'll love the easy access to beautiful beaches and old-growth redwood forests. The house has everything you need to relax and kick back after a day of exploring local sights.

This was a great, clean, comfortable place for our family to stay. We would definitely rent this place again next time we visit the area. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

This house was extremely cozy and well supplied for our every need, beds were comfortable, nice fenced backyard so our kids could play outside, super easy check out procedures, really swift and easy communication with the property owner, he was a dream to deal with. The area was beautiful, make sure to checkout moonstone beach and the redwood forest!

We had a really lovely stay at this beautiful house with a perfect layout for a family getaway. The house was beautiful maintained and the owners clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring guests have what they need, the kitchen had all the tools and equipment we needed, the coffee bar was a great touch, lots of seating and games for kids. The house had everything we needed and more for a great family get together. We had an issue where we did not get access to the house on time but the owner was really fantastic helping us resolve the issue.

We wanted to visit Eureka and the Northern Coast. This was a perfect location for us to reach many areas on the coast. Neighborhood was quiet. House was clean. Owner responded via email immediately with any questions. Definitely a returning renter....

The house was just as described. Many times the pictures look better than the actual house but in this case the house was better than the pictures. Upon walking in the house smelled and looked very clean. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, very comfortable bedding and the kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Clean, white bed linens and towels. All bedding was impeccable. Kids bedroom has sound machine and fan. They slept very well. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee provided was great. Filtered water so no need to bring your own. (Wish we had known). Backyard is well maintained and safely gated so kids could play. High celilings in the great room. Ceiling fans in every room were nice this being August. Mr. Kahn is courteous and professional. Communication was spot on. I never waited for more than a few minutes for a response. Google assist in several rooms. Not sure how I feel about that, but the kids thought it was funny to say, “hey google, play the poop song.” Yikes! I would strongly recommend this perfectly situated rental. This will be my go to place from now on. Pricing is in a perfect range for most. Thanks Imran

Very pleased with the stay. House was well stocked (coffee, beach towels, paper towels, kitchenware, shower needs etc). House was very clean and it appears as though the linens all get professionally cleaned. We had an issue with the entry lock when we first arrived and owner was very quick to reply and resolve the issue. Very responsive owner. Nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located to several great beaches.

First of all, Imran, was very responsive and helpful. The house offered everything you needed, from a comfortable social eating area, to outside seating (and games). My son and I enjoyed the outdoor games and the bedrooms were perfect. We loved having our own bathroom to ourselves. Neighbors were friendly, and the grocery store was right around the corner. The kitchen was well stocked and items were easy to find. We would definitely stay there again.
