“Lisa, who was working at the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, we booked this stay based on a previous visit and knowing there was a pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were not working. The kitchen was closed (we checked in a little early at 3pm, and that was for the entire day/night). The bar was also closed (Lisa, who worked the front desk, did offer to make drinks if we did want some since the bartender wasn't there.) There were zero amenities. We were also not offered...
