“I not the person who writes negative review on any thing but this time i am very very disappointed how the staff treat with my brother and sister after i left there are a guest too . I have stayed in Hyatt multiple time in all different countries and always referred to all my family’s and friends now i won’t recommend to any of my family & friends this Hyatt dharamshala really disappointed me so i will never re book again, one more thing I left some things behind by mistake but they didn’t even...

“Fantastic location. Good sized clean room, comfortable bed and a great power shower. Comprehensive choice of delicious food at Breakfast and Dinner served by attentive friendly staff. In particular Rupali and Shivamshu were excellent. The Spa was out of action during our visit which was disappointing . The hours of operation of swimming pool and spa were also limiting as they closed at 5pm.
