Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione, posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
Good location being close to McMinville. Great communication. Nice neighborhood that felt safe with a lovely little park. Beds were comfy. The road on the back side is quite loud. The post advertised a patio but it’s a small concrete slab in a back yard surrounded by concrete blocks. Probably helps with the noise but it’s ugly. For the most part it was clean but the carpeting in the bedrooms is old with lots of stains. It needs to be replaced if this is going to be a viable rental. Multiple little things that were broken: fridge door, kitchen cabinet door, outlet in living room, Only one nightstand in each bedroom had a light. Definitely needs more attention to detail, but again, nice proximity to McMinville with the exception of the road noise.
