The spacious 300 square foot Urban Loft is designed in the spirit of a big-city brownstone or industrial flat. This cottage features warm neutral colors and rich textures complimented by modern and vintage furnishings, décor and authentic industrial artifacts. It has an upgraded bathroom with gorgeous black slate Italian tile in the shower, and a generous size porcelain sink. The interior of the cottage has a brick accent wall and a beautiful tongue & groove pine ceiling that compliments the rustic Rail Tie Luxury Plank Vinyl Flooring. The Urban Loft also has a private outdoor deck that faces Alpine Avenue, which is a pedestrian-friendly street redeveloped by the City of McMinnville for periodic festivals and entertainment events. The private deck is directly across from a very large, new mural that was painted by a prominent Portland Artist, with vibrant, rich colors.
