It was immaculate when we arrived and we were very pleased with how well stocked everything was. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Beds were comfy, and you couldn’t beat the views from all of the windows. Highly recommend to stay here, and we would definitely return.”

“The property was secluded and peaceful. We had several deer walk through the yard, and we greatly enjoyed the full kitchen and screened-in porch. The host, George, was responsive and addressed any concerns we had promptly. Overall, it was a great trip. The only drawback is that this house has 3 beds, not 4 as listed. The second bedroom has a queen and a double bed only. Overall, would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a secluded and peaceful retreat. ”

“Place was very clean and fresh linen and towels were provided. The location is very private. Perfect place to spend time with family. I liked how you can hear the water flow when outside on the deck. The covered porch was another area to hang out, and faces the forest. We made good use of the BBQ. And having camp fires in the evening was relaxing. We drove to Arrowhead provincial park for swimming and went kayaking/swimming at Beaver Lake close by. “Staying at the River Done was a truly awesome experience. Communication was great, if we needed anything a quick text helped us with anything we needed. Enjoyed access to the canoe and kayaks, fishing off the dock and some local public spots as well! The Rover dome was a quiet, tranquil place for some quality time together and r&r!”

“We spent 6 nights in this beautiful cabin, working during the day thanks to a Starlink connection and exploring nearby trails in the evening. The outdoor spa was our favourite amenity, but we also enjoyed the fire pit, the well appointed kitchen, and comfortable space. We will be back! ”
