The hotel was updated and nice. The one thing that truly made a big difference to me was the smell upon walking into the room. It had a nice fragrance and did not smell sterile or the opposite and musty like some places do. The bathtubs and surrounds could use updating, but they were very clean. We did not use the pool, but found the gym, while small, to be clean and full of amenities such as sterile wipes, towels, and water. The breakfast was typical and good. Reception was very friendly upon arrival. There are multiple places within walking or driving distance to eat or shop. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this placd to fellow travelers.

The tub in the shower was EXTREMELY slick. My wife nearly fell in the shower. If she hadn't warned me, I probably would have fallen, too. The breakfast was quite good, but they need to have bath mat for use in their showers.

The handicap stall shower seat could have been cleaned better. Other than that, I’ve never had a problem when staying at this location.

Check-in was easy & the front desk was super helpful. We found our room had a leaky toilet and when we called the front desk, they came to our room to give us keys to the room next door (which was super helpful since we had a 3 year old with us). Pool was great for our son to swim & the hot tub was nice too. Breakfast was good, quite a bit to choose from.

The hotel was very clean, staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast has many options, was fresh, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again. The only downfall was the price for our stay was almost doubled. Due to the state fair in Hutch, the price of all hotels were increased. We were there for a college visit and unable to get the normally reduced rate that is offered for this.

My only complaint is that we did not receive fresh towels. I did ask for full service cleaning each day but that didn't happen either which wasn't a big deal but I would have like fresh towels.

Everything was so clean and the staff was super nice the only thing is that breakfast didn’t start till 7:30 and my daughter was playing softball and we had to leave the hotel by 7:15!!!

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times. This time the bathroom floor was dirty. The facility had a bleach smell which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Overall for the age of this property, it still is nice for the price!

Nice location (near exit to highway) and next to Apple Bee's and Dollar General. Good warm breakfast and there's an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Only front-desk staff seemed friendly to us. Lots of trash/dirt by main entrance, probably due to work currently being done, but I think someone could have used blower or broom to make the entrance more presentable.
