“Don't stay here if you have high to average expectations for what a hotel should be. This property is in serious need of some TLC. Our room was dirty and run down. The elevator button on the 4th floor had a cover plate that was too small, so you could see the wires behind on one side, and the plate was taped onto the wall on the other side. “Perfect for visiting Mayo Clinic!!!
Front desk staff helpful, shuttle to Mayo easy and friendly, Room perfect, cleaning staff thorough. Loved having a kitchen. I ordered groceries through delivery and staff called my room when they arrived. The only criticism was the free breakfast, I did not care for it. Everything else was perfect, would stay here again! There is construction, but not a problem. I enjoyed watching the progress. ”

“Pool was not very nice looking and long hair floating in it grossed me out the room I was in the heater was very load I kept thinking semi’s were using there jack brakes or someone was plowing out my window beds not that comfortable pretty hard.
