“Terrible experience. Front desk messed up entire teams rooms. Some families had to leave and find another hotel. Bathrooms were very old and dated.”

“I normally don’t post reviews but figured I would do so to save a family from making the mistake of booking a stay at this location. The hotel appeared run down and outdated. Pictures online don’t depict the true nature of the room/bathroom. The bathroom was very questionable, it was not clean. Rust in the toilet, wallpaper was coming off behind the bathroom door, the towels weren’t full sized bath towels, it was 4 of us 2 adults/2 children. The AC couldn’t be adjusted and it was loud. “Upon checking in the hostess was very nice but failed to tell us that the elevator was out and you have to walk the steps. Stairwell was very hot due to no air condition. We had to walk to the fourth floor and on our way up to the room we ran into a man probably 60 to 70 years old walking down the steps and complaining that this had been the fifth time that the elevator had been out since Sunday. I felt really bad for the poor man. There’s no way that there’s only one elevator in this building...

“The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it.”
