"Pool was not opened when it was advertised. That was the main reason why we booked at this hotel. Hotel lobby washrooms were closed. Room shower drainage was not functioning. We checked out early and went to another hotel that had a opened pool."

"Alan was wonderful when we checked in. The lobby is very clean and welcoming. Alan has quite the green thumb and the plants are healthy and gorgeous. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. We carry Ozium air freshener in our car and used it to try to subdue ..."
