Motel a Mechanicsburg

“The entire property was in disrepair and dirty. Nothing looked like it had online. I took pictures of the unacceptable state of the room, and went back to the office to hand in the key cards. I immediately checked out and my husband and I found a room elsewhere in town. I have stayed at plenty of other Econo Lodge locations and have had positive experiences with the chain. “Location was near to the Millerstown Park for Riverwalk and nearby Duncannon with great ice cream shop. we enjoyed the Millersburg ferry crossing the Susquehanna River near Liverpool. Please visit Little buffalo State Park for nice walking trails and the lake with boating. very small hotel room had wonderful recessed ceiling lights, brilliant light for reading!”

“Ich hatte extra das Zimmer mit der Blumentapete reserviert, hatte dann aber eins mit Sonnenuntergang. Da es schon spät war, wollte ich nicht mehr darauf bestehen. Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett, seine Frau auch. Sehr hilfsbereit. Sie haben die fehlenden Blumen wieder wettgemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad war neu gemacht, was man so gar nicht erwartet hätte. Im TV konnte man ganz viele Sender auswählen, auch Klassiker, Oldies und dergleichen. “The room was clean enough and the bed comfortable. For the price the location was good and quiet. The room was lighted poorly but the refrigerator worked well. The AC was noisy. Breakfast was adequate with surprising variety for such a small space. The motel has separate entrances for each room and parking in front of your room. I moved our car to the better lighted central parking area for the night.”

“I had a positive experience. The only issue i had was the mattresses used on the twin beds were very uncomfortable.”

“Parking was easy, but did not feel safe. The facility looked nothing remotely close to what was shown by the online photos. We were supposed to have two beds, and only had one. The place was clean, but older, run down, and much more like a “motel” feel, not something I wanted my children at. I was extremely unsatisfied because it felt like we overpaid by at least $150. If the price was half of what we were charged it would have made sense. The promoted room was over marketed and under delivered....

“The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Needs a little remodel but was clean. Only stayed one night but price and lication was great for our stay. Wish there was some vending machine with drinks and snacks to purchase. I would stay here again!! ”
