The space
This place is amazing; everyone loves it, and I'm sure you will too!
All the furnishings are high quality ....... and we take good care of them; so you can have a great time!

CLEANING:
We have a SELF CLEANING POLICY; there are NO cleaning fees!
UNLESS you want to have us clean; if so, its a $60 fee.
(We will need to know this ahead of time so we can arrange it.)

WE PAY A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY to deep clean - (1x) PER MONTH!


HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Clean after yourself :

(If you didn’t use it or mess it THEN DON’T clean it!)

Assuming you use all the normal stuff The very basic you must do is:

- Wipe counter
- Put your dishes in dishwasher and start it
- Wipe toilet with Clorox wipes
- Wipe bath room sink & mirror
- Rinse shower
- Vacume or sweep anything YOU tracked in
- Take out your trash & replace bag
- We supply all cleaning materials (during COVID19 bring - lysol & cleanings wipes due to shortages)


- The MOST IMPORTANT thing to ALL of us is.......a CLEAN BED!


- Beds have bed covers; they STAY ON the bed or get immediately replaced.

- We replace the mattress every two years.

- You MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS!!!!!!


The comforters/Quilts stay on the beds; we wash them weekly or as needed.

- All this info applies to the provided air mattress as well.
Guest access
You can access every part of the place, except one closet in the hall that has extra supplies in it.
The Patio (as pictured) is for you to use at your convenience, there's even a weber gas grill. Keep in mind the patio is SHARED.
Other things to note
No keys to lose at this place; all you need is a code to gain entry! Check your email or check in instructions on your phone app!
