"Horrible, we ended up not staying after being talked into staying by the front desk. Once we almost got robbed by people living there. She had no problem letting us leave with no cancellation fee"

"Great place to stay. It was exactly what we needed. Our son was getting married in Brookings and we needed a place where our family and grandparents could stay together. This property worked perfectly. We enjoyed the ping pong table as well."

"Our stay was great! Easy check-in and check-out. Great amenities and very clean. Loved that there were Kleenex boxes all around, ziploc bags, and garbage cans throughout the house. I will plan to book again when in the area!"
