“Thank you for the stay, the tv wasn’t working quite right but they looked after us. The staff seemed genuinely sincere in making you feel welcome & comfortable. Lugging up the suitcases to the first floor was a workout but they have a small elevator to take over once you hit reception. ”

“Extremely small room on the third floor (no elevator), the shower was not in the room but on the second floor, private but it was just another small room with only the shower. Then you have to go down one floor with everything in hand, including a towel, take a shower, get dressed and go back to your room. The room was not cleaned the first day because there was no "to be cleaned" label on the door. This is usually used to "do not disturb", not to ask for cleaning. The second day I left the room...

“Complesso rinnovato con gusto e semplicità. Puliti e confortevole. Ottima spa. Personale professionale e cortese. Ottima colazione a buffet. Ottima cena. Ci aspettavamo l’acqua fosse gratuita, essendo filtrata del rubinetto, o a Max 3Ch.Fr. La bottiglia. Ne abbiamo pagati 7! A saperlo al posto della seconda bottiglia d’acq Avremmo preso un bicchiere di vino a soli 8Ch.Fr... É proprio sulla strada principale per cui la nostra stanza era, la mattina, un po’ rumorosa, ma la splendida vista...

“The rooms at Haus Spescha are so clean and modern yet cosy. It was snowing during our short stay so was also great we could use the facilities at Lenzerhorn such as the Spa . We visited the bar and restaurant Heid Stibl and both were fabulous. The breakfast is relaxed and food and drink excellent. But most of all the staff in all departments are so helpful and friendly in any way they can be. Thank you for such a wonderful short stay in Switzerland”

“Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Sauna Bereich war klein aber gut. Das Essen ist absolut fantastisch, ich kann die Halbpension definitiv empfehlen. Es war auch genial das ich am Abreisetag nach dem Skifahren im Saunabereich duschen durfte. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.”

“Great location, it had everything we needed. Right in the heart of the old part of Chur, easy walking distance to everything.. nice comfy bed & very clean, easy to get in to the apartment too. The sofa had quite a few stains & the headboard could do with a hoover but otherwise lovely.”
