Spazio affascinante vicino a tutto, cammina ovunque!

Parcheggia l'auto per tutta la durata del tuo soggiorno e sentiti a casa nella pittoresca cittadina di Ashland. L'arredamento spazioso e artistico è perfetto per soggiorni ricreativi o executive. La nostra piccola casa di quartiere negli appartamenti dell'Historic Railroad District, intorno al 1890, non poteva essere più vicina ai punti jem locali di Ashland tra cui OSF, Lithia Park, Ashland Food Co-op, ristoranti e negozi, tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Completamente privato, pulito e conveniente.

Lo spazio

La nostra casa è piena di colore e luce. Costruito nel 1890, in passato si diceva che fosse un bordello / lavanderia. Completamente privato e completamente arredato con veranda coperta, cabina doccia a doppia testa, tonalità della finestra a doppia cella, giardino, cucina completamente attrezzata, wifi, via cavo e internet. Di recente viene offerta una nuovissima lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile accanto al frigorifero.
Per una buona notte di sonno, abbiamo accordi confortevoli con il letto king size nel soppalco o il divano letto matrimoniale estraibile personalizzato nel soggiorno è accogliente come il tuo letto con un materasso Spring Air da 10 "(la pompa è sospesa in un cestino sotto la finestra sul retro del divano).
Il bagno è di facile accesso al piano principale.
Il proprietario / artisti vivono sul posto tra i loro 2 studi. J. I pezzi di illuminazione artistica di Garloff Design sono presenti in casa e nei giardini.

We had a great stay at this cute, artsy cottage! The location is perfect - a short walk to theaters and restaurants and the Ashland Co-op is a block away for groceries. The kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking supplies and had everything we needed. The bed is quite comfortable, with a memory foam mattress and the couch is comfy too. The building is a loft, so the upstairs is open, so ear plugs are helpful. We would definately stay there again.

Artistic Retreat

Comfortable accommodations with an artistic flare in a great location for attending Oregon Shakespearean Festival. Easy walking to OSF, Lithia Park, great restaurants, and downtown shopping. Quiet neighborhood.

Great place!

Very nice rental. The house was very colorful and well-built, located a block from the Food Coop and a few blocks from downtown and the theatre district. Very quiet. The hosts were nearby but respected our privacy. The bedroom was upstairs, not an issue for us but might be if someone has trouble with stairs. We hope to stay there again!

Wonderful whimsical house near Oregon Shakespeare Festival

I was trying to think of a word to describe this one of a kind house and whimsical came to mind. It is beautifully decorated throughout with warm colors, artwork, and special touches everywhere. Handmade pottery and cups, colorful tile bathroom, roomy porch to hang out. There is a bedroom loft upstairs and a very comfortable hide-a-bed in the living room. It is hard to describe fully how much fun it was to stay there.

Wonderful small home close to the action!

We stayed a full week and saw seven plays. The location is wonderful! Just a few short blocks to the shopping, a quick walk through the alley to the co-op, and easy street parking. The interior and exterior are beautifully decorated and well kept. Be aware that the sleeping is upstairs, and bring a sleep mask if you’re sensitive to light as there’s a skylight over the stairwell that can’t be closed up. The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped, with a nice gas stove and a small but adequate fridge. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay as much as we did! We’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available next year!

Great location - Excellent Rental Property

We have stayed in this property back in 2019. It is still a great location to walking downtown Ashland. Everything is here that you need to enjoy a homey stay while away from home.

Great place to stay in Ashland

The location is unbeatable and this was a perfect place for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed, thank goodness for air conditioning, and the owners were responsive when we had questions. Would happily stay there again.

A Visual Delight in a Perfect Location

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and delighted in this amazing, colorful house. The hosts were outside in the yard to greet us, and answered any questions. We enjoyed how artistically every inch of the house was decorated, and the location was perfect for walking downtown. Info and photos are accurate, but it was better than expected!

Sweet Cottage in the heart of town

We had a fabulous stay in this sweet cottage, a block from the amazing Ashland Food Co op and minutes from town and the park. would love to come back and stay again.

A magical escape…

John and Mori have created a home that rather belongs in Oz or the other side of the looking glass. Every corner of the property has been considered with the hosts creative eyes and gifted skills. It is as fun to stay in as it looks in the photos. We loved it so much we hope one day soon to call John and Mori neighbors.

Comfy and Convenient

So large with fascinating colors and textures. The owners are artists and the home reflects that. The huge bed room is upstairs with the bath downstairs. The stairs are wide and gentle and well lit with nite lites. If there is a draw back it would be the shared common wall downstairs with the main house. Great stay ,great location, groceries one block, gym 2 blocks , downtown 3 blocks and great hosts!

Great property in Ashland

John and Mori have a house that is welcoming and in an excellent location in Ashland. It is comfortable and they have thought of many details, including charging stations and extra lighting. Thanks for a great place to stay during our vacation!

Charming Place in a Great Location

This was, I believe, my fourth visit here, so clearly I enjoy the place. It's easy walking distance to downtown Ashland; the owners clearly care about the place and are very responsive to requests; the kitchen has all I need.
